These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kindilo and the parent portal provided through your child care program's site. By registering or signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must provide accurate family and child information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the portal only for lawful purposes related to your enrollment. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your child care program
Your licensed provider operates the program, sets policies, and decides which portal features are enabled (forms, photos, tuition, attendance, and so on). Site-specific enrollment rules and California licensing forms are between you and your provider.
Payments
When online tuition is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. Kindilo is not a bank. Refund and billing disputes are handled according to your provider's policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other families' records, scrape or reverse engineer the service, upload malware, or misuse photos or child information obtained through the portal.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Kindilo is a software platform; your provider remains responsible for care, licensing, and enrollment decisions.
